Free Warranty Period
For items purchased from our store, we offer free basic maintenance for one year on your first request. This includes services such as resizing, refinishing, and stone resetting.
Resizing
We offer ring resizing services and can accommodate almost any design.
Please note that significant size adjustments or certain designs may affect the price.

We restore your ring to its original, like-new condition by removing minor scratches and addressing changes in surface finish from daily wear.

Cleaning
We clean the surface of your ring using an ultrasonic cleaner. Cleaning services are free of charge.
Please note that some designs may not be suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
Stone Resetting
We will reset your stones if they are loose or moving. In the event that a stone comes loose, we will also assist you.
